If you have already purchased any 9FIVE frames from 9FIVE or an authorized 9FIVE Dealer and would like them prescribed, please follow these steps:
- Select your preferred prescription lens type and any additional lens options.
- Once you have completed your purchase, we will email you a prepaid shipping label.
- Please email us a photo or scan of your prescription.
- Send your frames to our office using the prepaid shipping label.
- Once we receive your frames, we will begin fulfilling your prescription.
- The process will take approx. 3-4 weeks and then shipped right to your doorstep.
