9FIVE understands that getting your item quickly is important so we make every effort to process your order as fast as we can. Most orders placed Monday-Friday are processed that day and are prepared to ship out on the following business day. Delivery can be delayed by product availability, further order verification, address issues, and variable delivery conditions. Our warehouse is closed during the weekend and on all major holidays; orders will not ship on those dates.

FREE Returns / Return Policy
9FIVE accepts returns or exchanges within the first 30 days of the online purchase date. If you're not completely satisfied with your order in that time frame, you can email email@example.com to receive your FREE return label for domestic orders. You must also fill out the return/exchange form below and ship it back with the frames.
Your order must be returned in it's original packaging and with all it’s complementary accessories. Your product must also be returned in the same condition it was received as we do reserve the right to deny a return or proportionately reduce the level of the refund if some of the original accessories are missing or the frame has been clearly worn or damaged. Shipping fees are non refundable.
Unfortunately, all prescription or custom lens orders are non-refundable due to the custom nature of the product.
9FIVE offers a one year warranty from the time of purchase. The warranty is limited to manufacturer’s defects or issues that are a result from a flaw in the product. If you feel your product meets these requirements, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with an explanation of the issue, photos of your product, and your order information.
Scratched/Broken lenses and physical damages are not covered by the warranty. We do sell replacements lenses for most frames here.
